ü We agree to abide by the no recruiting policies established by Mat Sports in conjunction with the NCS commisioner.

ü We have submitted proof in the form of a signed declaration that our participation has been approved by our school Principle.

ü We shall honor all commitments made to the summer league participating schools. (i.e. procurement of practice space and attendance at scheduled events)

ü Mat Sports shall be paid a $300.00 administration fee per team.  No insurance, indemnity, or acceptance of any liability is created or accepted for this fee.

ü Rosters will be updated prior to any event including but not limited to practice, dual meets, clinics, or tournamnents.

ü No Events will be scheduled without Authorization from Mat Sports Summer League director.
